The guys who came were great. Knew what they were doing and knew about an old system. It was very affordable and done right. Really what else do you need good service done right. Can't improve on that.

We had a new AC, air filter and whole home humidifier installed by Raymond's. The technician who came to our home to provide an estimate was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He took time to answer my many questions and provided information on all of our options. The estimate we received was extremely well prepared and offered a variety of options for us to choose from.

The team who did the installation was also very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They did a great job with the installation and clean up and explained the new system to us and how to maintain it. I've put two tickets in over two days with their answering service and heard nothing back, meanwhile my house is cold. Update: guy came while was at work, charged my wife $135 for an application of lubricant, and left stating "this will need replaced soon". which is the exact task I had requested. To replace the induction motor. Apparently he didn't have the replacement when he came. It's now a few days later and has broken down again. As tradesmen you should be ashamed.

Our Water heater started leaking last night and we lost all our hot water. Immediately after this happened we started calling around to see who could help install a new heater. Everywhere we called said the earliest they could come was a few days from now if not next week. And some said they had to order the new water heater. Fortunately when we called Raymond plumbing they had a water heater unit available already and were able to come install it immediately! We were very satisfied with their work.

I called Raymond for an emergency service. They were able to secure a needed part that some other local businesses did not have and could not find. They were able to get the part and provide the needed service, ending our 2.5 days without heat on cold November days/nights. Technician was professional and competent. Given the circumstances, I found the price to be very reasonable. Kudos to Raymond for a job well done!

After calling another plumber with no response. I spoke with Brian who stopped on his way home. It was a leaking filter he taped it up and had to get a replacement filter. They worked with my schedule because I had a funeral they sent Shawn out and made short work of this issue. I couldn't be more pleased

Our service technician, Cristina, was great! She was on time, friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. My youngest trailed her the entire time and she was so patient and engaging while still completing the scope of work in a timely manner.
