Dependable Sewer Cleaners

Dependable came out to replace my water heater, got here quick and they were done in no time flat! I woke up this morning to having no hot water, and my water heater leaking and hissing loudly. Over the phone, Bob walked me through how to shut off the lines. They got here and were done with the replacement within an hour and a half. I'll have hot water by 3pm. Very professional and kind. Bob was great! Thankyou! This is why we are repeat customers!

Called thinking we had a plugged drain. Sent a guy out, worked hard and could not get the drain open. Called the office and this is where it goes into neg stars. Someone at the office, who he said was the plumber told him to check the crawl space. Found a broken pipe. Called the office afain, came back in said the plumber and this guy would be back Monday to fix it. Monday I called, no work order was on file.

He said someone would be out. But instead I got a call, plumber could not come out until tomorrow. That was fine. I waited until one o'clock called the office(worst communication), got a call back at 2 o'clock, plumber was on the way. Once he arrived told him the problem, even though everyone I had spoke to, plus the line guy who was out here I had told what the issue was, he could not do it because he said he was too big to fit in the crawlspace.

But if we ever had anything easier give them a call back. When I asked if anyone else could cone out, he said no, he was the "only plumber" Worst communication ever and that was the best of my experience with a very pitiful company that did nothing but waste my time.

Went to do laundry on a Sunday and found water had backed up from the floor drain in the basement. Obviously, my sewer line was blogged. If you ran water on the main floor, it came up out of the floor drain downstairs. My good friend Eileen M from Bay City recommended Dependable Sewer Cleaning. I called and was told they'd be out in 2 hours. I was relieved!

The gentleman that arrived figured out what my problem was in minutes. "Jeremy" was knowledgeable, professional, friendly and explained my sewer system and the issue. He had it unclogged within minutes. Very fair price considering too it was Sunday. HIGHLY recommend this knowledgeable and honest business. Thank you Dependable Sewer and Jeremy!

Called for an appointment regarding possible frozen pipes. They sent out a technician who did not have the equipment to thaw them. I paid the $180 for 2 hours of "snaking" into a solid piece of ice. While paying and scheduling an appointment for someone to come out to fix the frozen pipe, the person on the other line said "oh, she said she thought it was frozen".

When I called to ask why they would not send someone out with the equipment for the frozen pipe they said I didn't tell the correct person that I believed it to be frozen. They said it would be another $600 about to have the next guy come out. I would not recommend this company at all!

The name is dependable plumbing, dependable nothing. This place is a joke they came out and did nothing. I paid $100 for them too use the wrong size snake machine. Then said to bring the right one I'll have to pay $150. I ask why would I pay again I paid once and got nothing done. The guy had a attitude and said call the office. My mom is 76 and can't live smelling sewage and is on a fixed income.

I had to call Dependable Sewer on Super Bowl Sunday. I was doubtful they would be open let alone come. They sent Adam, who was professional and got right to work. He was able to clear what was clogged quickly! I have used Dependable the past and have always had these same results. If, you need their services, I highly recommend them.

Zero stars. So you came out 2 times. First time to fix toilet in basement and said the toilet on the first floor was fine. Next day had to call again and you came out again to fix that toilet and charged me again! Guess what? Had to call a plumber yesterday and they had to fix the same toilets because your worker failed to do his job. Called you twice to try and make things right. Was told both times someone would call me back.

Never happened. Basic plumbing. I will never use you again and anyone reading this post trust me, I never do this. Don't call them. Call someone else. Can't believe you allow such a incompetent "technician" represent you and your company. Failure on every level.

Our experience with Dependable was fantastic. The dispatcher was professional. Brian the plumber was efficient and kept us informed of the progress of dislodging a deep clog in our bathroom sink. We are very pleased with the completed job.

Over the weekend, my pipes clogged pretty deep and water was backing up. I called on Monday, they had someone out the very next day. They were able to meet me later in the day (I couldn't get the day off), so it was dark out. The tech that came out got the clog removed and my pipes are draining without a problem. Price was far cheaper than I expected. Service was faster than I expected. I recommend this company.

Had an emergency and left a message with an almost immediate call back. They scheduled someone out the next day. Prices are reasonable, the gentleman who came to my house was honest and straightforward, and there was no hassle getting the issue resolved. Would recommend to anyone who needs plumbing work done.
