Called 5 weeks ago for a quote. Was told a "Dan" would call me back in a day or two. five weeks is to long for me. Never heard from him, or the company. Called a local competitor. Gave me a quote very quickly. Maybe they don't care, to busy, etc. But communication and word of mouth goes a long way in a small town. I have my 13,890.00 project going to a great Manitowoc plumbing company that cares! Do your homework, stay clear of this company.

I dont understand the other reviews. I have rentals in Manitowoc and use Luisier for all the repairs I can't do myself. I have had no issues. Robin the woman in charge of service always respond very quickly. The Techs are helpful and work gets done quick. Sometimes the bill does seems a bit expensive.

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness They told me several times that we were next on their estimate list. I called them 4 times to follow up. They NEVER called me back. I own a decorating business and could have given them plenty of business. I do not recommend!

Called Luisier for the first time on Fri. Had broken pipe. Came immediately. Plumber was very friendly and got the job done quickly! Price was more then fair! Will definitely call them again if needed!

Critical: Professionalism Came the first day for 20 minutes. Switched a part and claimed it worked 30 times. Did not. Next day they tell my wife it needs to be replaced and had it replaced while i was sleeping. Leaves no bill. Receipt. Warranties or any info. Here maybe an hour. Charged 3 hours labor. They charge from the time they leave the shop i was told.

The rep that came out to help me pick out a new water heater explained every option thoroughly and the install was fast and easy. I also had them route some gas lines for a new stove and they did a great job

Luisier takes care of the majority of our service call needs and promptly shows up. Luisier also handled all of the plumbing in a complete remodel and everything went very well. Dan was helpful and answered all of our questions and followed up with us. Bill did most of the work and we are very happy with the results.

Our laundry soap went missing and later replaced, I guess they had to clean something!? Broken cabinet door and hole in bedroom door. Freezer was left unplugged and all the food went bad, also something that was later compensated. Overall a lack of respect for the house and tenants renting

We bought a house that this company worked on. The previous owners paid $7000 to get a drainage pipe placed. We have had water in our basement inspite of the $7000 fix. I called this company to ask what work they did and was accused of trying to get them to pay for my basement. I told them it didn't matter. I just wanted the pipes to be open. I will never use this company. They don't back the work they do and over price work they do. Very dissipointed and don't use them
