Jason, owner, and his wife Casey are a pleasure to work with. They return calls and answer emails in a timely manner. They also answer all your questions along with giving trade "tips." Trey, who did the plumbing for a new 2nd bathroom knew exactly how the job was to be done. He was quick and thorough. Palmer's plumbing is a professional and courteous Company. I found water leaking from the ceiling in my bathroom. I called Palmer's Plumbing, they happened to have a plumber in my area, and he arrived within an hour. We worked with Palmers Plumbing to install new water lines to our dock. The job was very extensive connecting to the home water supply, running lines to the dock and installing two faucets on the dock. Palmers was very responsive and their communication was excellent. This was the second time Kevin returned to our home yesterday to finish up installing new shower fixtures and repairing the leak. He was here about a month ago, to install new fixtures in our main bathroom. Palmer's is so easy to deal with as a client. Casey schedules your project and when they show up, they are timely, professional, neat and tidy, respectful and knowledgeable. Kevin kept us informed, educated, and, was such a pleasure to work with and have around.

I had Palmer's come out and hook up my new shower drain after I couldn't get it to line up with the hole in the shower base and they were able to do it no problem. I also had them install a shower spray handle after I installed it and couldn't get it to stop leaking. They did a great job both times, were very professional, wore a mask which is important to me these days, and after I left them in the house to do their job and went back to work they followed up with me.
They also allow you to pay them right there when they do their work or electronically, which makes it easier for me to get my bills paid. Overall great quality work and great people.

We had such a great experience with Palmer's. I chose them because of their amazing reviews, and now I see why they have such amazing reviews. The gentleman who did our repair was so professional, knowledgeable and so very personable. He really couldn't have been more kind, and he was such a pleasure to chat with. I will definitely be using this company again if and when we need them!
