Frank was able to come earlier than original appointment. He was personable and got right to work confirming what the problem was and offered me three options for repair. Explained all options thoroughly and their costs. Since it would take another trip to fix the problem he explained to me how I could avoid any continual leaking until that time which was very helpful. This is my third experience with Cabrillo and I am always Pleased with their thoroughness and expertise!

Todd Bauchi did an amazing job. Our toilet was super clogged. Todd started with the easiest (and cheapest) option. When that didn't work, he tried something more difficult. Always letting me know what the price would be. That didn't work, so he actually removed the toilet, got the clog out, and put the toilet back. Cleaned up all around the floor too. That's a good amount of work but he did all of that in the space of two hours. Competent, and he always explained what it involved. He was very friendly as well. Highly recommended.

Excellent service! We were so impressed with Cabrillo. From our first phone call that was answered promptly - by someone who actually took some time to try to help us figure out what might be going on to the appointment. The service person was prompt, sent a text before he was scheduled to arrive which included a bit of background on his training. He spent time trying to figure it out, (above expectation!) and delivered excellent service. We will definitely use Cabrillo again.

Brian tried to snake my sewer pipe but unsuccessful due to a broken pipe from tree root. He brought 2 apprentices (Steve and Matt) the following day and completed a spot repair on the same day. Steve did most of the heavy lifting with Matt's help. I was pleased with their hard work and dedication to get the job done. We've had Cabrillo out to do plumbing work for over 10 years and recently to fix our water heater. Every time they come out to fix stuff (our house is 100+ years old and so there are some repairs required upon occasion) we are impressed with the quality of the work and also just how personable the employees are. The fact that we know the name of the guy who does the plumbing work (Dave) who's been out 6 or 7 times over the last 10 years to service our old pipes.

The guys who we just met who fixed the water heater (Todd assisted by Matt) said "Oh yeah Dave said you had some pretty weird, old pipes" says that they are committed to providing a great customer experience and checked in to see if there were any specifics about our house. The work was great- finished in less than an hour and our water is hot again! They are always on time. Always do a good job and we won't go with anyone else.

Thank you, Todd, for clearing our rain gutter! We have used Cabrillo for almost 20 years when we have a plumbing or heating systems issue or maintenance. The plumber (Robert) reset two bathroom faucets that were not installed correctly the first time. He was up front about the charges and efficient in doing the repairs. As usual with Cabrillo, he was very courteous, clean and professional. Service: Faucet repair

Great and high quality service. I was super impressed with the amount of knowledge that our technician (Robert) had and equally impressed by the thoroughness. Resolved our issue and provided various detailed estimates within an hour for additional improvements required for better efficiency and air quality. Our water began to leak early evening. Was able to schedule appointment for next morning. Crew came on time and determine that water heater needed to be replaced. Our kitchen sink drain was occasionally backing up and leaking, but it wasn't urgent. I contacted two solo plumbers, but both were unresponsive. I then looked up a company with good reviews and reached out to them via their web contact form. Again, no answer. Then I picked up the Noe Valley Voice and saw the Cabrillo ad. I called and was connected right away to Sal.

He was driving and asked to call me back, which he did promptly, and booked us for the very next day with a window in the afternoon. The day of, I got a call from Sal that he could get a guy over sooner if I was available. I was, and 20 minutes later, Todd showed up. He was 100% professional and courteous, and super competent. He diagnosed our problem immediately and was in and out in about an hour. I couldn't be more satisfied. 5 stars, 2 thumbs up, and one happy customer!

This isn't our first time calling on Cabrillo for plumbing and heating issues. This time it was for a dishwasher drain issue. Upon inspection, it became apparent that we had an appliance issue, and not a clogged drain line. Cabrillo recommended we call an appliance repair business, as appliance repair service is not currently offered by Cabrillo.

Overall experience was top notch from initially contacting the office, to visit, and installation. I was surprised with how pleasant the whole experience was. They texted me ahead of time on who our plumber was so that we knew what to expect. Our plumber Brian was great. Very professional and pleasant man. Would highly recommend. I have used Cabrillo Plumbing for several years. I have had a new hot water heater, to unstopping a kitchen sink and the pipes that lead from the basement. From my first call to schedule an appointment, I always request Brian who I just enjoy talking to and he knows his plumbing. I appreciate that Cabrillo knows that I am a long time customer and they always make me feel appreciated.

They follow all safety precautions with mask and shoe coverings. I loved during the start of the pandemic they repainted the faces on their truck to add a face mask. Book an appointment with Cabrillo you will be very pleased.

Our hot water went out and we had hoped it was simply a pilot relight. However, our water heater was 18 years old - and it was gone. Brian Bufford was our technician and not only was he a super nice guy, he was able to immediately get us a new water heater, and install it the very same day. Critically, we were also having furnace work done - and it required significant flexibility to work with others to ensure that we did not go without hot water. Brian was extraordinarily professional, really knew his stuff and left us feeling very confident that we were in good hands.

We had a sewer line clog in my daughters house over the weekend. We had another national company attempt a quick but not successful try at clearing the line. Paid them too leave without success. Cabrillo sent out their plumber(Dave) and within two hours the drain was clear. Competitively priced, knowledgeable and courteous, professional plumbers. Our Job was done right the first time. Cabrillo has done work for us before and really top notch service. We highly recommend this company and particularly Dave who did the work today.

We have had to use Cabrillo for multiple issues including hot water heater replacement and backed up disposals and toilets. Some of our issues with backups have been quite complex. Special shout out to Robert for his professionalism, expertise, perseverance and scrappiness! He saved us thousands of dollars by correcting an earlier diagnosis of our issues. (We had to call another company b/c Cabrillo was too busy to get to us quickly.) We were smart to go back to Cabrillo.

I have had to use Cabrillo Plumbing for three different repairs in the last six months and they always do a fantastic job! The last job entailed cutting through tile to a galvanized pipe instead of a copper pipe in which they had to get different fittings.they covered the hole beautifully too. Hats off to Brian and his team! They are timely, efficient, and do great work. If I ever have a plumbing problem, I call Cabrillo and hopefully Brian will be the one to help me. He's great!
