Services
Mann Plumbing was established in 1992. We started out specializing in new construction, remodel projects, and service and repair work. As the years went on and as we increased our size and product offerings, we also grew our team. At any given time, Mann Plumbing employs 15-20 people, depending on the workload we are facing.
Mann Plumbing works with our customers to ensure they get the best water heater for their needs. Our plumbers install and repair all types of water heaters in both residential and commercial settings. We repair and install traditional tank-based heaters, tankless water heaters, and solar water heaters.
Mann Plumbing will always try to repair your water heater when possible, but sometimes it simply cannot be done. For residential clients, this usually means replacing an old tanked water heater with a new one, but we also install tankless water heaters and electric water heaters. For commercial clients, we install large, high-efficiency gas and electric water heaters.
Mann Plumbing can repair any kind of water heater but specializes in tankless water heater repairs. Our employees will come to your home or business to diagnose the problem and fix it when possible. We will make the process as easy and painless as possible while helping you understand how to prevent the problem from happening again.

Our kitchen sink hardware includes separate faucet, handle and sprayer. The sprayer would no longer tighten down properly, so water would leak into the cabinet under the sink. The Mann plumber came out and said that it was rusted so it wasn't possible to fix the problem. So, we had him replace all 3 pieces, so they would match. When the bill came, the charge for the hardware was much more than the plumber said it would be.

I asked to have it adjusted, and the person in charge very grudgingly did so. Then we discovered that both the handle and the sprayer weren't fastened down properly, so water still leaked under the sink. After several attempts to tighten them down myself, I left a message with that same person in charge asking that someone come out and complete the installation properly. He has not responded. Mann Plumbing used to be a good company. My wife was a Realtor and would recommend them regularly. I certainly wouldn't recommend them now.

Mann Plumbing all seem like honest folk. They gave us accurate expectations of how long repairs would take and the kind of service needed (we had to repair a water line from a construction mishap). Everyone was respectful and provided good customer service. Our house has water again!

Save yourself a big headache and lots of money. An employee (nice) was here 12 minutes, said our sump pit lid looked like it was going to be difficult to take off and suggested we find out who originally installed it and call them to fix float switch (paperwork showed part still under warranty). I couldn't find out who it was, so I called Mann's back and left a 58 second message saying we would like them to fix it.

I never received a call back. Thank goodness. just received a $25 service call bill (expected) along with a $100 labor charge. Seems unethical at best, if not fraudulent charging. The "difficult" sump pit lid? It was off in 5 minutes with Roto Rooter, and the whole issue fixed in less than an hour. at a very reasonable rate.

I am expecting a call in the morning but as of right now the service I've received was absolutely horrendous. I called about a shower not receiving hot water and a man came out for 2 and a half hours and didn't fix the issue. Didn't even look around to diagnose the problem. He drug mud and gravel through the bathroom. Destroyed a bath mat. Put pin holes in our shower faucet. Switched the hot and cold knobs around.

Our shower toiletries we're scattered and muddy. Springs were left behind for god knows what. I'm not asking for a maid service but this lacked all basic levels of respect for a customer. The man left for a half an hour to get supplies but didn't say what they were. At no point were we informed what he was doing or what he fixed. He left our crawl space open.

The problem is still here. He did nothing to diagnose or resolve the issue. I have absolutely no idea what he was doing for so long. It would take something absolutely incredible for me to ever ask for this business again or to recommend them. Again, I am to expect a call in the morning but as of now this is unacceptable.

Needed an outdoor water bib and a couple of pipes, which had been routed through an exterior wall, replaced/installed due to freeze damage. The plumber they sent out told me he should have it done within 3 hours "tops" after we had discussed exactly what repairs would be done. Instead this a****** seemingly went as slow as humanly possible literally walking up and down the stairs of the townhouse where I had the repair done in order to change a single tool every time he needed a new tool instead of just taking his toolbox downstairs, ass hanging out the whole time.

It was painfully obvious he was giving me the old go-slow, run-the-clock. I had told him I had to have the work done by that day, so he obviously took advantage of the situation. On top of that I had already purchased a perfectly fine water bib from Home Depot of a type which I had preferred. When I asked him to install the unit which would have installed just fine he flatly refused saying there was something wrong with it because it didn't look exactly like the one he usually put in and insisted that I pay the inflated cost that they charge to purchase a unit from a wholesale plumbing distributor for dirt cheap.

On the bill he not only billed me for double the hours he said it would take but also charged me for part of his lunch break. I had to wonder what in God's name they thought it was a good idea hiring such an a****** like this. But then I realized why when I called the company to complain they assured me that the owner of the company would call me back personally to discuss the matter.

I never received a call. Then they sent bills to the wrong address multiple times and then tried to charge me extra as a result of non-payment. I had to call them over and over to get the situation straightened out and it was a mess. I would never under any circumstances recommend anyone use this completely unprofessional excuse for a plumbing service.

I am soon to have multiple thousands of dollars of other plumbing work done and you can rest assured I would never consider having Mann Plumbing do the work. The rest of the reviews on here seem like a bunch of b******* astroturfing. Maybe some of their other plumbers are better than this filthy disheveld ass-out jerk that I had but there's no denying that when I called to complain they never got back to me and then completely screwed up the billing. Absolutely unforgivable.

He came out and told me I would need to knock down a block wall- turns out that was not true at all. I then waited 2 weeks for an estimate. Called the office and spoke to the plumber who said he was working on it. I never heard back. If they didn't want to do the job, they should have just said so. Very poor communication.

Not pleased. The serviceman was around 45 minutes late to our house, but he did call and say he was going to be a little late. I'll give him that, but what's the point in scheduling a time if you're not goin to be there at that time anyway. He didn't call before the scheduled time. He called after he was already 5 min. Late. Then I guess they are going to charge me $125 for coming out late and just opening up my water heater and vacuuming it out with some "special" attachment they had.

Couldn't have been at the house no longer than 30 min. Just told my wife to "keep an eye on it" meaning the pilot light. Said that "it should good." The pilot light is already out, but I'm sure they'll still want that $125. Not recommended.

We always get prompt service. The person that makes the call takes time with me to check faucets & drains throughout the house.

You can call Jeff if you ever have a problem with anything. They do a good job at getting back to you. Fortunately, the products they use are so durable and high quality that I haven't needed to have anyone come to my home in a long time. Everything works well.
