My initial post a few years ago: Chris has been our go to plumber and is unbelievably helpful and friendly. Our 1890s home has some interesting odds and ends and he's always up to the challenge of brainstorming solutions. My current post: I'm beyond disappointed and frustrated with their office staff. We moved several years ago from that 1890s home and have used Tri County in our existing home several times - no problems, payments on time, nothing of note.
And for some reason this last visit they billed our old home. We didn't get the bill and they eventually called and the woman said she'd 1. Change the address on our account and 2. Email us our bill. We didn't get the bill then went out of town for two weeks and in that time they put a lien on our old home. The new owners had to call their realtor and were understandably confused and distressed (they are young parents).
When I called the office to pay our bill and ask what was happening we got no apology, the other people got no apology, and they barked at me when I said "I want to triple check you have the right address now?" For starters, this isn't how you treat someone who has been your customer for 6 years without problems. And secondly, when the error is your fault with billing addresses and you massively screw up and fault an innocent party, I'd think some responsibility and apologies would be in order. It's just very upsetting, unprofessional, and not how anyone should be treated after years of loyal service. We will be going elsewhere.
