When our pool service company told me that I needed to find a pool leak detection company, I was unsure where to start since that isn't a service I was familiar with and had not needed in the past. Fortunately, April from Arizona Oasis Pool Service & Repair recommended Leak Squad when we determined that the next step was to find a company that was different from what AZ Oasis Pool Service provided. So, I gave Leak Squad a call. Leak Squad was responsive, accessible, available and professional to work with. Leak Squad employee, Adam arrived on time and he did excellent work as he performed pressure testing on our spa to see if we had a structural leak.

He also provided me with a thorough explanation about how the testing process worked that he performed and about how it went with our pool and spa equipment. All was done in an efficient manner while also being thorough. I am happy to know who to call if we suspect leaking problems with our pool or spa in the future. Thank you Leak Squad for the terrific customer service!

Critical: Quality, Responsiveness, Value I got service from leak squad, they charge $395 to located a leak, they were off by 20 feed, I got a plumber, because of location, the charge was higher.

Excellent customer service and dedication from this company. Leak detection is not a perfect science just yet, but we had two leaks under our cement slab and got them taken care of! Based on our water bill, the leaks had been going on for over 2 months, but we couldn't see the issue and didn't originally know how to address it. The ground was so saturated underneath that the water was coming up from the ground on the opposite side of the home.

The representative that came out explained their role and set expectations before beginning any work. Leaks can be within 5ft of the strongest readings and the fact we unknowingly had two in the same pipe line, caused it to be even more difficult than usual to locate. When we first broke into the suspected spot and didn't find the leak, we reached out to seek guidance from Leak Squad.

They were onsite again in no time and diligently worked to find a second more precise location. I believe the first break into the cement slab that exposed ground allowed some of the water to dry up prior to their second visit which had likely skewed the results of the initial locate attempt. The second time they marked right between the two leaks and our plumbers were able to quickly resolve the trouble.

Their efforts took the guess work out of the process and saved us from breaking up a ton more concrete and tile flooring. Leak Squad will be our go to from now on for leak detection and United Plumbing LLC our plumbers! Thanks again for your help!

I called Leak Squad on Friday. The woman I spoke with was very friendly. During the call, they offered a "first available" app't., and I was unable to make that happen. I asked for the day afterwards and they accommodated. The morning of the app't, I received a text that advised they were within 30 minutes from my house. They showed up within that 30 minutes.

Everything was good, right? Well, it got even better. James, the technician shows up and does a visual inspection of the pool and was able to find the leak that I'd been looking for for weeks on end. He provided two patches and said he could do it or I could. I preferred to do it myself. James was here maybe 20 minutes. He was readying to leave and I asked what the charge would be.

The answer: $0. WHAT? That NEVER happens these days. James was clean cut, professional and so personable. I would recommend this company to anyone who has a similar problem. They came highly HIGHLY recommended and didn't disappoint. Thanks LEAK SQAUD. Y'all are THE BOMB!

After having multiple plumbing companies who claimed to do leak detection come out and do nothing to help; I called Roy at leak squad. He came out within the next day and was super nice, very professional, educational and spot on accurate with his leak detection. If you need leak detection services Leak Squad is your go to company. I would highly recommend them!

The Leak Squad took apart my pop-up assembly to run their tests, didn't know how to re-assemble it (or were too lazy to do so), took the parts with them (or discarded them), claimed it was "broken" (when it was newly installed a month ago by my pool maintenance person at $175 + labor), so too much collateral damage working with them. Not knowledgeable or honest.

We were referred to Leak Squad by our pool service. They did a thorough job on the leak detection. When it came time to do the repair however, they did a horrible job. The 'repairs' they did ended up causing more problems. Since this time (several months ago), the pool has not worked correctly and no one would call us back. It took us going back to our pool service to force them to come out again to do the repair.

They did, but it still is not back to normal. Now one of their repairs is leaking again but they refuse to come out to look at it. We gave them multiple 'second chances' and every time we were burned. It ended up costing us a new filter, and we still have a broken pool.

This company is run by a bunch of incompetent people. I had them come out to test for a leak and they claimed they could not complete the job until I called a plumber to fix a leak from where the meter connects to the house water line. The city came out the next day and basically told me there was no issue and referred me to someone else who checked for a leak for free. I then received a charge from them for services they never even completed.

We had a pool leak and called Leak Squad who was referred to us and could not be happier! They scheduled us quickly anRoy was great and was very thorough and informative and got it fixed. I even understand my pool system better than before! Highly recommend them!

Had a leak that I could not locate. Spent hours trying myself. Called on Monday and booked appointment for the next morning. Roy arrived with his tools, tested all systems and located two small cracks in our fiberglass pool. I had looked in the same area for over an hour the day before and could not see a thing. Had the cracks repaired the next day and filled pool.

It's been a month and have not lost even a 1/4. These are on-time experts. They know what they are doing and stand-by their work. If you have a suspected leak, don't waste your time. Call Leak Squad and let the professionals locate those small leaks. Professional, nice folks, and peace-of-mind.

Our pool maintenance man discovered a leak and recommended Leak Squad. The technician, Michael, arrived on time, explained the process of discovering the source of a leak, found it, and patched it. He came back the next day to make sure everything was in order. He was courteous and professional and bill was much less than we were expecting. I highly recommend.

These guys where awesome! Called back promptly, and very thorough. The tech was awesome and was very engaged. They helped me determine a very tricky leak in pool equipment. Totally recommend them!

Christian Whitman was amazing to work with. I suspected there might be a leak in my pool or spa, and my pool maintenance provider strongly recommended that I call the Leak Squad to investigate. Christian came out to do an analysis of both. He was relentless and focused, never giving up until he discovered the problem and advised me what needed to be done to fix it.

He showed up on time, with a great attitude. he truly loves his job! Christian was polite and respectful at all times. a perfect gentleman who knows his stuff! I highly recommend him and ate Leak Squad!

Leak Squad found our leak and fixed it No more $200 dollar water bill. They had to come back, there was some miscommunication, but they did solve our problem.

Nothing but a great experience using leak squad. They were recommend by a pool repair company I contacted stating they were very good in what they do. Had I read the reviews here before using them i might have gone elsewhere, glad I did not. The technician Adam was very good, on time and very courteous with my constant questions. It was a very tiny suction side vacuum leak that took hours to locate do to the location so close to the hose connection.

Without his experience a lesser tech. might have given up. He was able to repair my situation promptly and saved me a larger bill then expected. In my experience I would not hesitate to recommend this company. Thanks again LEAK SQUAD & ADAM.

We Had leak squad work on our pool a couple years ago for a leak in main pool, and last year we had them fix a leak in the spa where they closed it off temporarily until we came down again we called them this month to come and fix the spa have called them 3 times they have not responded what is the old saying 3 times you're out

Leak Squad found the leak in our pool - it was the plaster around the pool light. When we had the pool replastered in July, the plaster company did not seal around the light. We were losing 3/8 of water per day. Thanks to Leak Squad for helping us find the leak. The company was very professional and easy to work with. Technician came on time and was very courteous.

I had Leak Squad come out and do a leak detection on one of my commercial accounts. The technician and I couldn't agree on what we each thought the problem was. After getting no where with this scenario, the out of state owner flew into town and made time to hear everyone's side of the story. After reviewing all the details, all sides have come to a mutual agreement where both companies are happy. You don't see that very often and I appreciate the effort that was made on the owners part. I will definitely use this company on future leak detections

Wish I'd read the reviews before I hired these people. They make promises they don't keep, have no follow through on the job, and consistently not show up when they say they will. I would never hire them again, and in fact am going to hire another company to finish the job they started and never completed.

Like many of the reviews, my experience with Leak Squad did not begin well. I had a technician arrive and test our lines. He shut off all of our pool equipment and stated he would be back to mark and measure the levels in our pool over a period of time, but then simply disappeared. After a little over a week our pool was a mess from lack of cleaning and we were no further along in the process. BUT - a company is not defined by one member of their staff.

Once Leak Squad understood what had happened, they sent a rockstar technician out to complete the leak detection. This gentleman wasn't going to stop until he understood where our 'not-so-easy' to identify leak was generating. After two days of testing, they targeted the leak and we are now saving money and our environment by keeping water in our pool.

In addition, due to the issues we faced, Leak Squad did our detection free of charge. They took time to continue to follow up after, even though they made no money off of us and did everything they could to make certain all of our concerns were addressed.

We called Leak Squad because I knew our pool had a leak. They scheduled an appointment right away and did come out to find the leak. They charged us $195 since the guy said it was a one line leak. He told my husband he would get back to him within the hour. We waited to hear from them the next day and when we did not hear from them, we dug it up and fixed it ourselves. Luckily my husband is a former contractor and can fix nearly anything.

I think it's terrible business practice when they say they will call you to schedule and then you never hear another word from them. They cashed my check the following week and still no call. I am happy they found my leak, and discounted the amount to charge since it was a one line leak, however, I am extremely disappointed that no one ever called back to actually FIX it.

If you are willing to pay, and the company doesn't have the professional courtesy to do what they say they will, I have no faith that they run their business well. I will not give them any business ever again.

Leak Squad came to my house 7/13/15 to find a leak in my pool. They were very professional the entire time, including answering at least a dozen questions as they worked. They pressure tested the lines to ensure the plumbing was in good shape. The leak was found and repaired while they were on site. 48 hours later, our pool hasn't lost any water. I couldn't be happier.

The guys at Leak Squad were the only ones who diagnosed my pool leak correctly and repaired it. Another company came out 3 times and each time assured me the leak was taken care of. It wasn't. Other companies over the years also failed to find the leak. Only Adam from Leak Squad did it right. This had been leaking for more than 13 years! The fix enabled the sale of my home to go through. I am truly grateful to Adam and Leak Squad.

The Leak Squad came to our house to work on our pool at the agreed upon time. The two men were friendly and polite and did not leave a mess behind. The process for locating our leaks was initially explained to me before they started. Then after the leaks were found, the methods of repair were discussed and I agreed upon the fixes. It has now been more than a week and a half and the water level in the pool remains constant. I wish all home repairs were handled as professionally as Leak Squad did. Michelle S.

Worst service. Company came out and quoted $450 to run leak detection services. We provided credit card followed by the technician spending 10 minutes looking at pool. He told us he would be back in 24 hours, however the he never came back to finish his work. Half dozen calls later with no return call we gave up. Thankfully our card was never charged. Problem still not resolved.

First, they quoted $200 to diagnose the problem, then they charged $245, then the diagnosis was they want to come out again and run another test for $225. These people are crooks that overcharge and don't deliver on their promises. Worst service company I've ever dealt with. Update: The landscaper then took a look and came back with: "Leak was a large polyline leak. Repaired inexpensive." The leak is fixed now. NEVER EVER USE THESE PEOPLE -- CROOKS!

The amount quoted on the phone and the amount charged was hundreds different and they DID NOT find my leak after "promising to find the leak!" Nice guys but never found my problem. Invoice even stated "leak in irrigation main PVC pipes cannot be located." So what am I paying them for! I do not recommend this company.
