I can't say enough good things about Dease plumbing. I had a whole bathroom installed as well as a kitchen sink. Andy was always available when I called him and got right back to me if I had a question and I had a lot. His workers were always on time and very courteous. Thanks so much for fitting me in last minute today! I've had Dease come out multiple times and Jeff has always done solid work. Their prices are affordable and they can schedule pretty quickly usually. For my latest project I needed a kitchen sink installed and wanted to do my due diligence and get quotes from other companies since it had been a while since I checked around. Dease was the clear winner not only on price and availability but overall customer service. I will definitely continue to use them in the future!

Dease Plumbing was recommended to help with a water hammer problem we were having in our home. I called and spoke with the scheduler and she was very pleasant and asked the right questions and made the appointment. Mr Dease showed up on time and was very friendly and professional. His helper was also great and he was a true asset to Mr Dease throughout the job.

He took a look at the issue and gave a very reasonable price, which we accepted. He was done in just about an hour. He did a great job. The problem was solved as he had to install a new main valve and reduce the water pressure as it was far too high and was the source of the water hammer. He did such a great job, we wanted him to repair a shower valve and he did that today and another perfect job. We are so glad we chose Mr Dease and will recommend him to anyone.

We were trying to replace a toilet when we realized we were in over our heads! Called Dease Plumbing on the recommendation from a general contractor and are so glad we did! We hired Dease Plumbing for major work when we moved into our current house. The plumber did not clean up sawdust, etc. (only cleaned up his tools), and left a large stain on the hall carpet. I didn't even bother to mention that to the company because, much worse, he did incomplete work after disturbing two aspects of the roof (vent pipe and vent stack), both of which caused roof leaks.

He did return and did some repair on the vent stack problem after our complaint, but it still leaks a little. We're not even bothering to call them this time; we'd rather pay to have someone else fix it. They may have some good plumbers, but the one who came to our house made his own decisions without consulting the owners and did incomplete work that has caused damage.

If I could give Brian and his co worker a 10 I would. Outstanding service. Will always call them for plumbing needs. Also used them for my daughter's place last year. She's picky but said they were outstanding also. Fair prices.
