Discovered a fast leak under my sink and was in a panic trying to find someone to fix this ASAP and on a day when I was already off work. Acorn was able to fit me in quickly the same day and not only found/fixed the leak but also unjammed my garbage disposal (which hasn't been working for months). Great service. We had a clogged kitchen sink. Within an hour of placing our call, the plumber was at our house and quickly assessed and fixed our problem. I appreciated being worked into their very busy schedule when the technician realized he was around the corner from my house. Many service companies simply put you in the queue, but Acorn went over and beyond to service our issue. Definitely recommend and will use again!

Submitted a request via their web form and called Acorn Plumbing last week to have our main floor drain snaked as we had used them in the past through our home warranty provider. When I spoke to them we scheduled for them to come out on Saturday between 11-1. I waited on Saturday for their call so that we could get the drain snaked and they never called and never showed.

Very unprofessional to not call or show and to waste my time Saturday waiting for them when we had agreed to a time frame for work to be done. Will be contacting someone who will hopefully actually show up when scheduled to complete the work.
