These folk provide excellent service in my experience. Paul, the technician who came to my home, was confronted here with a moisture-in-wall issue that was not at all easy to diagnose. And if he had not been as motivated as he was to find the source of the problem, I'd probably still be scratching my head and worrying about it. He was like a sleuth, a detective and did eventually uncover the source of the problem. Turns out that it was not a plumbing issue after all, but a basement floor matter.

I am now on track to dealing it as a non-plumbing issue. So all good here, thanks to Paul! Definitely recommend Chambers - a good, honest plumbing service that has been around in one form or another for - ready for this? - 101 years!

Chambers recently performed service and maintenance on our Rinnai tankless hot water heater and also modified a valve near the unit (separate plumbing item). Joe was punctual, professional, and Chambers has fair pricing and courteous staff. Will definitely be using them again!

I was interested in having a tankless hot water heater installed and I specifically wanted a Rinnai system. I went to the Rinnai website and chose Chambers because they had the most services for Rinnai in my area. Glenn (owner) called me the next day and we setup an appointment that week. He came on a Wednesday, provided me a quote that night and I was contemplating the purchase.

On Friday of that week, my tank hot water heater decided that it was done and starting leaking all over the floor. I emailed Glenn late that night asking if he could do the install immediately and even though he couldn't, he offered to install a temporary 40 gal tank until the tankless system was installed. Wow, such a great thing to do for your customers.

The next week the tankless system was installed (see picture) and we couldn't be happier with the system and Glenn and Chambers. Never running out of hot water again. Thanks again for the great service Chambers!

Chambers plumbing did a great job helping us with plumbing for our full basement renovation. They showed up on time, did good, honest work, and were responsive and thorough. Our scope of work entailed sewer locating and taping into existing line, running new plumbing for bathroom and kitchen, installing sink, toilet, and shower accessories. Friendly, professional, and good work. Would definitely recommend!

My experience with Chambers was very satisfying, I called Chambers to work on my hot water home heating system that was previously worked on by another contractor that was able to only create a nightmare from Hades heating system. Both Robert and Glen went way above and beyond to eventually correct the extremely perplexing and frustrating repair job that was not of their doing.

After the initial work that they charged for, they never charged any additional fees for having to be called back several times until they were able to finally figure out what the previous contractor did that caused the fiasco. During the entire ordeal, they were very pleasant and professional. Very few people I know have the integrity to have gone these extra miles to make a customer happy.
