I called do to an issue with my toilet, and was able to get same day service scheduled. Jason was my technician and he did a great job. Was very courteous and gave me multiple options. I came home from church to find out I had a leak in the yard on my side of the meter. Called a company mentioned by Crossroads and, after explaining my emergency, was told the earliest appointment was Tuesday! The second place I called was very unprofessional on the phone and I still haven't heard back from them. Finally called Reliant after seeing reviews in the web.

I was giving an estimated time of arrival between 12:00 and 2:00, which would have been fine. Well, here it is, 1:40, and they've been here, determined the problem, did repairs and are gone! I cannot say enough good things about Nicolas and Austin! Both were incredibly professional, explained everything step by step, including what possible issue might occur. Fortunately, no issues.

The repairs were done leaving the pipes connected in a better way than they had been. And, I was pleasantly surprised at the total cost! If you ever have leaks, call Reliant first!

Jay was dispatched to perform our plumbing repair. He did a wonderful job and was very professional in all he did. He was kind, courteous, conscientious, confident, and very capable! It was his last job of his day, and he worked tirelessly and quickly in order to get our water back on to the house. We were expecting company from out of town and he was a tremendous help in remedying our problem. Avoid reliant plumbing at all cost. I had a simple toilet install and they wanted $1,250 which is more then the cost of the toilet. I would usually install myself but I didn't want to void the warrenty. They wanted to charge a $40 service fee but we're willing to waive the fee for a positive comment. I rather pay then support a scam. You've been warned!

Nick and AB were amazing. I requested an 30 minute heads up call from Reliant and I received that. That is great service because I was able finish my errand and get back to meet them. They arrived promptly and with masks on. I appreciated that and when. went to mine on he also thanked me. They introduced themselves and were friendly. I showed them the faucets that needed repair and they were able to give me some great information on what hard water can do to faucets over time.

I appreciated the information. My problem was my cold handles no longer turned on three faucets, so I was forced to use the hot water for everything. He was able to disassemble my faucets and install new ones so now my faucets work perfectly. I am very happy with Reliant Plumbing, their customer service is professional and courteous. I would highly recommend Reliant Plumbing. I had significant plumbing issues as a result of hard water and a build up of sediment. Jason from Reliant did a thorough diagnosis of the problem, laid out my options, and ultimately fixed all the existing issues and installed a water softener system to prevent it happening again. He and the team did an excellent, high quality job at short notice - I'm a very very happy customer today.

My water heater stopped working on a Sunday, of course just before holiday guests were due to start arriving. Reliant had good Yelp reviews and were quick to respond to my inquiry. They sent a tech out within hours to assess the problem. I did need to replace the water heater. They took care of that the next morning. There prices were competitive with another provider. (I had gotten an estimate 6 months earlier just for planning purposes).

Everything is working great. The techs were friendly, courteous, informative, and patient with questions. They gave me what I needed to make informed decisions. The office staff is very helpful as well.

Davis and Joaquin were so nice! They were super easy to talk to and explain the repair we needed. They worked fast, completed the repair and left everything cleaned up. I will definitely be utilizing this company in the future for our plumbing needs.

Awful awful company. Do not use them. They overprice you because they can. And left a mess. Bad business. Charged use $2000 for 1 hours worth of work. Yes seriously

My kitchen sink had 2 major flooding incidents within a week and the surrounding kitchen floor was completely wet. We called a half dozen plumbing businesses, but only Reliant responded and was able to send Davis out the same day! He was polite, friendly, professional and conducted a through investigation to try and recreate the leak, but of course it didn't leak when he was here. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is that the issue was not identified.

The service was fine but they chargef me an amazing $750 to change out a single toilet! I provided the toilet! I called another large company afterwards and found that the going price was under $400. They will tell you the price before they start but even if you decline their offer, you will still have to pay them for providing a quote. Beware, don't consider these guys without researching prices first!

Original post: Mack did a great job! Kind and professional. I clogged the kitchen sink with pasta pretty good. so good he had to auger 2x. Poor guy! He got it fixed for the birthday party tonight though. and Im so grateful. Updated: Turns out Mack was not thorough. Within 10 minutes of him leaving I realized he left the dishwasher backed up. I was charged over $550 (was supposed to get $50 credit off $600 invoice for leaving 5 star review - yes $600 for a sink clog.).

I was ok paying the higher rate for prompt and effective service. don't get me wrong. But this was an obvious major kitchen sink clog which evidently affected the dishwasher - a common occurrence for a kitchen sink clog I would assume and something I would have thought a plumber would check before leaving the job. I guess Mack didn't bother to check that.

When I called back to ask for him to return (within about 10-15 minutes), I was told he was sent to another all hands on deck job and that a Reliant tech could come back out the next day to fix the "separate" dishwasher clog for an additional $150. NOPE. Now I feel ripped off and screwed over. I won't call Reliant ever again. On to another plumber to try to make this birthday party happen tonight! *Changed from 5 Star to 1 Star.

We had a leaking faucet. We called Reliant and they came out the next day. Ray and his associate were very knowledgeable and did a great explaining the work to be done. We would recommend Ray and his team to anyone.

Davis from Radiant was very thorough, professional and honest. He was punctual and explained exactly what he was doing to diagnose the leak and the steps necessary to fix it.

We had Davis from Reliant Plumbing come to our home and he was great! He was on time and was able to find and resolve the issue we were experiencing very quickly. We were also able to schedule someone to come out to the home with a very quick turnaround time, which is always appreciated!

Paid reviews. Temper the value you place in the ratings and reviews posted for this company. Was quoted an extremely high price to replace a 50 gallon gas water heater (quote was over $3K). This is a 2-3 hour job max and there is about $800 in material costs (heater, expansion tank, drain pan, valves, etc) You can do the math on the labor and profit margin they are putting into their quotes.

When I expressed my disbelief in the quote, I was told they would take $100 off if I gave a good rating on google. I declined. I then was advised that the fee for the assessment would be $89 but that could be waived if I were to leave a good review on google. I was told it could be as simple as "Mac was good to talk to." I declined as the only truthful review I could give was how obscene the quote was and how shocked I was at the tactics to get reviews. I got the job done the following day for $1K less.

While I appreciate Reliant Plumbing being able to come out within a week (Radiant Plumbings first available was November 18th) for over $400 to replace a fill valve that according to Google costs $8-$30 is a little extreme. I can't deny I agreed to the price and paid an extra $200 to have a "distressed" hose replaced to ensure my only bathroom would remain functioning, but it does raise questions about the ethicacy of a company that is collecting AT LEAST $500 in labor for less than an hour of work. If you have a gmail account and spend under $500 and write a google review you get $25 off. spend over $500 and get $50 off. great deal for gmail users!

BEWARE! They made my tankless water heater issue sound way more complicated than it really was, charged me $500, then did 15 minutes of simple work I could have done myself. $500 for 15 minutes! He charged me before the work and he and his office couldn't provide an explanation of why it would cost that much, but refused to refund anything. DO NOT USE as they'll rip you off!

Just got charged $483 to run a snake through my master bathroom toilet. The plumber didn't even have to remove the toilet, he just ran the auger. When I brought up how egregious the cost was (not my first time having a toilet snaked) he very professionally gave me all the reasons it cost so much. Still in disbelief I called other plumbers in the area to get a quote for the same work and got a fraction of the cost. If you need a snake run on your toilet call Johnny Rooter Plumbing for an $89 service fee.

Unfortunately, my water heater died. It was a little more than 9 years old, lived a comfortable life without many demands, but it had been sickly throughout its life. I'd had the thermostat replaced twice. Two years ago, the expansion tank blew at 4 am on a Sunday. Even though I drained the tank kind of regularly and have a water softener, there was always sediment in my hot water pipes. Alas, this morning my water heater gave up the ghost, (or maybe it happened over the weekend I was away.) Any how, I called the company that usually services the water heater first thing this morning and have yet to hear back from them.

I called Reliant Plumbing and they scheduled an appointment for this very afternoon. Ray, my technician showed up early. Quickly pronounced the water heater dead, as I had presumed given that there is a lot of water in the drain pan and the pilot won't light. He would have replaced it for me today, but I have to go out this evening. He's coming back tomorrow folks.

While he drained my old hot water heater, he replaced the clogged angle stops on two of my sinks. Yippee! The last time I asked a plumber about them I was told they'd have to make a second trip. I've never been able to get that plumber on the phone again. That plumber, we'll call him Festus, also left a pressure gauge on my outside faucet that I hadn't been able to remove. Ray took care of that too.

To recap my Reliant Plumbing experience, same day appointment, showed up early, knowledgeable, professional and friendly! What's not to love about Reliant Plumbing. I will be recommending them to everyone.

My water bill was three times a normal water bill. I called Reliant and they sent Davis out to repair my toilet within 24 hours. Reliant was helpful, professional and very prompt from start to finish. I can't say enough positive things about them. Davis, was wonderful, right on time and did a great job. Positives 1st: very professional, responsive, and friendly. Negatives:VERY expensive.service was great, technician was professional, but feel their charge was pretty astronomical. But when you have water spurting everywhere you feel kinda pressured into signing your soul away and hoping for the best.

Reliant PlumbingTx thank you for showing my family and now friends your true color. My wife tried every company in central Texas to fix the water leaks after the February Winter storm. Not only did your company try to charge a fee just to come out and provide a quote, but Reliant wanted to charge more than the price of a new tankless water heater for a $9 pvc elbow that required no tools to replace.

Oh and by the way, I was deployed at the time and Facetimeed the technician who wanted to rip us off with my wife's assistance. Thanks to Ferguson Plumbing for ordering the part for me. I ordered 3 at $9 a pop and received the parts the next day. Love the support your company provides to Central Texas Reliant Plumbing of Texas. ****Update****** I think you are missing the point.

The quote that was provided was very generic and didn't even list the problem. The part was $9 and took all over 5 minutes to repair with no required tools. Simply a hand and fingers. You can continue to hire these employees that take advantage of residents in the central Texas area but I will never use your service or recommend your service. I hope others read this review and realize how much your company takes advantage of people in need.

Mack you were our savior! Called Reliant on Saturday @ 9:00am. Mack was there by 10:00am. Our water main had sprung a leak and they put us immediately as priority! Mack worked diligently from 10:00 until 3:00 in 94 degree heat. He was thorough, educated us, very professional and just a solid great guy. Happily, our water is back and running! I would recommend Reliant to anyone with plumbing problems. Especially problems as serious as ours was. Thank you Mack and Reliant for helping us out of this horrible situation! Our tech John was awesome. if you are looking for a tankless water heater conversion he's the go to plumber. never knew I could learn so much. ty
