First of all, the technician that came out was great. Very professional. I can't say the same for the company. I needed an outdoor spicket replaced. It was a very simple job with all the plumbing perfectly visible. The parts would be less than $100 if purchased at Home Depot. We are looking at less than 30 min in labor. The company tried to charge me $800!

I explained that there was no way I could pay this for such a simple job and magically the price became $400 which I paid. I would have been charged $65 for just the visit and I wanted to be done with it. The job probably should have cost me around $200. Trying to take advantage of hard-working Tennesseans during this awful democrat induced inflation is extremely unethical.

I guess this is why Cedar Bluff Plumbing has a month long wait. This could all be avoided if companies would give ballpark quotes but they refuse to do so. This is how they get you. Residential customers cannot be expected to pay $800 for a $200 job to cover a company's massive overhead. Nobody told me I'd be paying a premium for next day service.

Nobody told me I'd be paying more because they have 60 trucks on the road. I expected to pay a reasonable amount for a very quick and simple 15-30 min job. They tried to charge me for parts that i didn't even need. My hose bib wasn't leaking. It was simply to long. I didn't have the tools to cut it when I repaired it the first time. It could have been reused.

If your company cannot profit from serving residential customers with reasonably priced repairs you shouldn't advertise your services to them. Management never reached out to address my concerns. Lesson learned.

We've had Pipe Wrench out at our previous home and our new home and each time they've been extremely professional, on time, explained everything they were doing and why. I'd recommend them to anyone. Jerin did the initial check on our water heater in our old home and was very responsive and friendly. Andrew came out and inspected everything, gave us quotes and got us prepared for our new water heater at both our homes. James and Jimmy put in our water heater at our old home and did a great job. Nate is our most recent person.

He did a quick repair on our water heater at the new house to tide us over until we could get it replaced. He was out there on a Saturday and came back to install the new one on Monday! He was quick, very professional, friendly and did a great job!

We ended up needing a new HVAC system so we called Pipe Wrench. They gave us a straightforward quote and not like some salesman just trying to get me to buy everything, which was like a breath of fresh air. I tend to be skeptical of most types of maintenance companies, but we loved how straightforward and honest they were. Our technician Rickey and his associate were fantastic. Showed up on time, was very communicative and respectful while working in our home, and even stayed late till the job was done.

I cannot say enough nice things about them. They replaced our outside unit, coils, and thermostat. I'm very satisfied with the outcome, they even left it better than when they first showed up. It looks fantastic. I'm completely ready for summer now! This is definitely one of my best experiences with one of these types of companies and I will be calling them again.

They came on time with texts and calls ahead of time to ensure I knew who was coming (with a picture) and when they'd be there. Kyle was professional, personable and didn't try to sell me more than I needed. He worked with the scheduling to get me scheduled that evening, even though i couldn't be there for the install. Bryan did an excellent job servicing our tankless water heater for its annual maintenance. Bryan was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The few questions I had about our water heater, Bryan took the time to answer them and was very knowledgeable about the unit.
