I love this company. My quote was timely and clear. While their price was about 7% above nearest competitor, they arrived on time, clean, and professional. All work was completed on time and within budget. Called after complete with a concern about a new drain problem, they arrived and corrected the problem on the same day. Highly recommended.

Russ F and Sam came to give us an estimate on a plumbing repair. They were thorough in gathering information, provided helpful answers to all of my questions, and we look forward to working with them to provide the needed repairs.

Critical: Value ROBBERY. Call literally anyone else for reasonable prices. I had a leak in my sink and called these people out, they quoted me $650 for labor, $220 for shutting off the main water, and $90 just to show up. Will never, ever call these thieves again. Nick was my tech assigned to remove all piping and faucet under my kitchen sinks. He removed terrible piping, a garbage disposal, and a faulty kitchen faucet. He rebuilt everything and installed a new faucet to the highest quality standards. We were super impressed with the quality of his work and the mindfulness he put into the job to correct the obvious shortcomings of the last plumber that installed the sink and countertop.

I also had him replace another faucet in one of my bathrooms since he was at our location. I was referred to Approved Plumbing by another local tradesman and will definitely be using this business again! Excellent local business that's been around for a long time.

My water tank broke so I called Approved, based on their reviews, and spoke with Jeff. My initial conversation was very professional and friendly until I requested an estimated price as apposed to scheduling service. I needed an idea on price ranges for repair vs replace so I could budget to be able to afford to get the work done. He told me that if I want something inexpensive then I should call a company who doesn't train their technicians and not waste anyone's time at Approved.

After the pleasant advice I received about calling someone else and not bothering them, I did. I called The Plumbing Source. They came right out the next day (Approved wanted me to wait a week after telling me to turn off my water) were very informative and professional and I love my beautiful new equipment. Thanks Jeff, you really helped a girl out! As the owner of Approved, I think you should retrain your staff on customer service, you just lost $2k.

I got the appointment quickly, which helped with the leak. Nick was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained the issues clearly and offered alternatives with estimates. Jeff, Russ, and Sam were courteous and professional throughout a multi-day project to replace all of our drain lines and sewer venting. They worked late and started early in order to minimize the disruption to our home and made sure we could use our shower again before the weekend. They have regular updates on the work, took before and after pictures, and did such a great job the inspector asked me who did the work because he never sees such clean and meticulous plumbing anymore. While we hope we won't need much more plumbing work, if we do, we are calling these guys.

We've used Approved Plumbing a few times now, and they've been excellent every time. Reliable, professional, and their work is impeccable. I feel safe having them in my house, especially because I get a photo of who will be doing the work ahead of time. The biggest project we've hired them to do so far was adding plumbing and a half bath to our top floor.

It was a big job, but they finished it on time, within budget, and with minimal disruption at home. We are extremely happy with their work. We especially appreciate Russ Fox. He's researched and estimated a couple of tough projects for us, and has always figured out a way to get them done efficiently and cost effectively. He's friendly, and takes pride in his work.

Russ Fox was called to find and repair a leaking water line located under the slab portion of the house. Every possible means of locating the leak was attempted, but it was not found. Russ recommended a leak detection company be called to use electronic means of locating leak. Results pending investigation by that company, after which he will recommend a repair plan.

Laura G was very helpful and kept me posted on the time plumber would reach my house. Russ B. did an excellent job on repairing a water closet style older toilet. I was so incredibly impressed with my experience with Advanced Plumbing Company. They were amazing from beginning to end. It started with just returning my phone call. Laura was great with talking to me and getting me scheduled with a very quick turnaround. She was personable and nice and easy to work with. She called me, day of, to confirm and let me know that they were slightly behind, but still in the window that they originally committed to.

Then Carl showed up and really impressed me. His level of knowledge around diagnosing and his poise to get into it and get it done was great. He looked at a couple issues I was having and made great recommendations, even taking the opportunity to quiz Steve on what one of the issues was. It was really impressive to watch. You can tell that Carl is a master of his craft.

He was personable and I knew what I was paying for before they even started work. He made sure I was satisfied before they left, and made some additional recommendations for us to think about moving forward. I will definitely be using Advanced for all of my future plumbing needs (of which there are a few more to work through).

We had a bad experience with this company recently. The technician they sent didn't even investigate or attempt to determine what was leaking under our sink, just quoted us several large amounts for replacement parts. Two days later my husband tightened two hose connections under the sink (something the tech hadn't even bothered to try) and completely fixed the issue!

The two hose connections were just loose, and now we've had zero leaks. I think this company is all about maximizing profits and I would not trust any advice they give. We're so glad we aren't out $600 of "replacement" parts that weren't even broken to begin with! Also, note that they charge a $70 service fee to come out regardless. Other plumbers I've worked with in the area only charge for labor and parts.
