I had some minor plumbing repairs that needed to be done, toilet replacement, bathroom faucet replacement, supply lines to the bathroom and kitchen faucet replaced. Went down to see Matt, his wife scheduled the work for the next day, 2 gentlemen came, completed all the work in a timely manner, and took all my old stuff away. Thanks guys!

I have used Howerton plumbing several times over the years and they are always on time and professional and their work is incredible. Everything they have done for me is top notch. They replaces our shower in the master bath and did all the plumbing when we remodeled our kitchen and moved all the appliances around for a new design and had them replace our hot water heater. I would never use anyone else after the service they have provided us over the years. Very detail oriented!

Matt & his whole crew are the best plumbers we've ever had. Over the course of many years, three homes, when we landed with them-we've stuck because they are the best. Reliable, trustworthy and there have been countless times where they've gone above and beyond!

Tried to schedule to get a quote. Sent email through their website over the weekend. Being the weekend I did not receive expect a call. I waited until Monday afternoon and called them. Was told they would l Ave a message and I would get a call back. No call. Called back on Tuesday, said they would leave a message again to call me. Tuesday at 11:19pm, still no call. Don't waste your time trying to get a quote. They will never get back with you.

We needed a new water heater. They were at our house in less than two hours. The job was done in good time, and at a good price. Hopefully it will be a while before we need a plumber again, but when we do, it will be Howerton's!

This company is awful! First they installed a Tankless W/H in a home with well water that is so hard it immediately voided the manufacturers warranty and didn't bother to inform the customer, then they came out to do a flush when the WH locked up and their own plumber told us it should never have been installed and we need to go back to a standard WH and he wouldn't bill us.

We played phone tag multiple times with the guy who was suppose to be checking with their warranty and quoting us a new price and every time we would call his secretary told us he was unavailable even if he had just called 10secs before (he would call long enough to show on ID but hang up when we answered). After 2mths of not hearing from the company I just received a past due bill! I am furious and will be reporting to the BBB.

Very knowledgeable master plumber at a very reasonable rate. Broken drain under basement slab. They were on time, worked hard and came in on time and on budget. They were the third company I tried. Third time's a charm.

Spend your time and dollars elsewhere! I had been scheduled for a week for some pipe replacements. I took off work for that day, as they said it would be a longer project. I got a call the day of, 15 minutes after their scheduled arrival, to say that they would not be coming out. I asked why and was told that their plumbers had taken a vacation. The lady I spoke with on the phone couldn't have cared less, and invited me to look for other companies if I couldn't wait 3 days for their CEO to get back so he could reschedule for a later time (he had also taken vacation). Terrible customer service, can't speak for the workmanship as they never even showed up.

Our home is under contract and we needed a few items completed by a plumber. I called and received same day service. The techs called on the way and cleaned up their work area. I also received the service report as promised. Thank you, Howerton Plumbing.

Fast, curteous and reasonable. Matt was able to get me taken care of very quickly, technician kept me informed and did a great job and left area very clean. customer for life!
