Wish I could give NO STAR! Had a new water heater installed by Mike in February 2021, water heater stopped working on10/6/21. Took over 24 hours to come out to check and when they got here they wanted to charge us $325 LABOR COSTS FOR A BRAND NEW WATER HEATER UNDER WARRANTY - DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS, BUYER BEWARE! Mike is the owner and you do NOT want to trust this person.
We were told by Rheem (after we spoke with the owner Mike) that if we would have bought a water heater through a reputable business such as Home Depot or a larger chain that they would NOT charge for LABOR on a new water heater but because small businesses can do what they want, they are trying to charge for a 7 month old water heater. Rheem is sending us the parts for FREE with instructions to repair ourselves. Rheem said it was a simple repair we can do ourselves - wow. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH MIKE OR HOOVER PLUMBING.

I recently had to have my water main line replaced. Hoover Plumbing did an excellent job at a very reasonable price. This job required digging an 18 inch deep trench through my yard. My wife was very pleased because the crew dug the trench in a direction that did not harm her bushes and minimized the damage to our yard. They arrived at 7:30 AM and I had my water reconnected by 11:15 AM. If you have any plumbing needs, this is the company to call!
