I highly recommend Powers Plumbing! I have used them several times for various plumbing issues and have always been pleased. Jeff has been professional, honest and has always explained what the problem was and given me repair options before starting work. He is responsive when I call him and can usually get me into his schedule pretty quickly. He is my "go to" plumber!

Called about my leaking water heater. The plumber showed up exactly at the scheduled time. Every question I asked was answered with plenty of detail (I was curious about the trade-offs of tankless and electric water-heaters). The plumber was punctual, polite, patient, and obviously passionate about his work. He performed above and beyond, not just replacing the water heater, but making changes for robustness and convenience (the gas line valve was tucked back in a corner behind the water heater, and he moved it out so it could actually be reached, as well as a few other small changes to fix cramped valve placements), and also gave me advice about changes I need to make to my carbon monoxide detector placement in order to pass inspection.
Although appearance isn't a priority, I have to say that I am pleased with the way the work looks visually, too. It looks clean and professional; leaps beyond the way it looked before. As somebody who works for a small company, I always try to gravitate toward small local businesses for my needs. Sometimes you get burned by lazy amateurs, but it's worth it to find local driven professionals who take serious pride in their work.

Had a great experience with Powers Plumbing! Jeff came on time and walked me through what the issue was and how he was going to fix it. Additionally he took care of minor aesthetics that he caught around the sink and dishwasher. Will not bother with another company in future, and will just call on Powers Plumbing!

True professional. Goes the extra step. I can't say enough good things about Jeff and the quality of his work. He patiently explained everything he was doing. Additionally, as the toilet was pulled out, he noticed that the wall was recently painted, except for where the tank had been.so he asked me if I had any of the paint. I did. Jeff waited to finish while I touched up the paint.
He did not have to do that.he could have said nothing and been on his way sooner. I am exceptionally thankful for his customer service. You can bet we will be using him again.

Jeff did a superb job when our water heater broke. His response time was very quick and he took the time to educate us about the best replacement product for our home, the installation process, and maintenance tips. I have used Jeff at Powers Plumber for more than 6 years. He has repaired and modified my sprinkler system, replaced a water heater, replaced hardware in two bathrooms and gave some very useful advice on a water drainage problem in my yard. Jeff is very professional, does the work exactly as he promised, for the price he quoted and finishes on time.
