Was on the website applying for a job.was an easy process and forms were not too long and exhaustive.

I found an issue with my cleanout valves for my tankless water heater bring too close to open and service. This was 2.5 years after the unit was installed. I emailed them, and they promptly called me and sent out a tech to fix the issue for free. The tech was professional, wore a mask, took his shoes off when he came into my house and explained the issue to me. He had me verify the issue was corrected before he left. 5 star service from price brothers, and Michael the tech and his summer intern

Critical: Professionalism A Mr. Taylor was rude when I called. Could have been a bad day for him, but I won't bother wasting their time again.

I call to ask about assistance with major water damage that I was having at my home and when doing so the woman that answered explained to me that she would have to call me back. She stated she had to get the supervisors approval before being able to come out. I never heard back

I have to give a big shout-out to Price Brothers Plumbing. They are the contractor that Taylor Morrison (our homebuilder) used, and their service technician, Travis just came out to help with a noise issue we had in our pipe. All I can say is they were absolutely professional, knowledgeable, and solution oriented. They just left the house and I was so impressed I felt like I had to tell somebody. So if you need Plumbing work, Price Brothers has just earned a big referral from me.

Big shout out to Price Brothers Inc. Something went wrong with our shower fixtures two nights ago after my oldest son tried to turn the shower knob off but the water was still coming out from the shower head. I know that I can call a handyman for the job but it was too late at night and I would like to use the company that dealt with our fixtures last December.

I know it is really quite difficult to set for an appointment the very next day but my husband (works overseas) was the one who called their office to request for an emergency repair, the lady who answered the phone was very nice and accommodating and did a schedule for a plumber to come by the house. That morning a guy employee gave a courtesy call and said within 30 minutes the plumber will be in our house.

Indeed the plumber came by and fixed and changed not only one but two of our shower knob inserts that were broken. The plumber was very professional and explained to me about what maybe the cause of that broken parts. Now both knobs are doing great. My husband and I were really very happy that Price Brothers Inc., was very helpful in this kind of situation and didn't charge us any penny for the labor that some other company for sure will give a certain fee for just showing up and do nothing. THANK YOU VERY MUCH. You are all customer friendly and your service was outstanding. I will refer your company to all our friends and families from now on.

I purchased a second hand home a Custom house. I know Price brothers plumbing did the plumbing work. Home isn't even 8 years old. I. Went under the sink and couldn't believe the way the tail pipe was cocked. So rusted, out. I check with the water company got a lab read out for the water. The water was good, pH good. Keith called me the manager I'm guessing, very rude.

He wouldn't pay for the PVC pipe and putty we had to buy. My husband had to waist a night fixing this, when I could have watched DBZ. I told my Physical therapist, she said she also had trouble with them on her new Lennar home. Hmmm.

I called Price Brothers to get a model number for my home shower valve. Jessica was professional, communicated so well and showed great patience while searching for my plumbing parts. In the end, I realized I had given her the wrong information about my account. But she remained helpful and patient. Jessica is a winner and asset to Price Brothers.

Incompetent crew cut through our cable line while installing water line next door. Line was CLEARLY marked with flags. When I confronted the crew, they denied they cut through it. After a Time Warner cable visit, it was verified it has been cut by that crew. I wouldn't trust them putting anything in your home!

Price Brothers installed the plumbing in our new house. At the 2-years-old point, the plumbing in our kitchen is failing. Every joint leaks. We've never touched it. We are beyond warranty but when I asked Price Brothers if they would come take a look at it I was told "We won't come out for that." When I asked the representative if she thought it was normal for the plumbing that her company installed to fail after just two years, she said "Nothing is normal." So much for standing behind their work. Here's what would have sufficed: "We specialize in new construction.

We probably have a crew in your area and someone can come by and at least tell you what the problem is." Instead, I heard a very matter-of-fact "we won't come out for that." In my layman's judgment, Price Brothers does sub-par work and doesn't stand behind it.
