They were on time and polite. He had a couple of apprentices with him to help. They replaced the shower and sink cartridge, and replaced a toilet. They were fast and clean, taking all the old parts with them. This is the 3rd time I've used them and all 3 times he has been great. I would recommend them if you are looking for a plumber.

Be wary, had a proposal to plumb a new house that I accepted, they started the work last year and now refuse to finish, I agreed to wait 2 months for them and after 2 months they did not show up, made me wait only to quit, abandoning the work, said they were too busy and told me to find someone else, blaming covid because its a convenient excuse. would not return phone calls or text without repeated attemps, classic avoidance. Will never recomend or use again!
