I worked there quit this morning because when us laborers got hired they said 3 months and we will get your apprenticeship for you! Amazing i thought, then my time was up and they swithched to 6 months now before an apprenticeship. Well that 6 month wait is the same time as layoff time which means they just got alot of work suppose to be paying 21.44 a hr or 36 a hr but they had us doing the work for 16 a hr. then we have to pay our full beifits what is 150 a week!
Pay for our own gas we have to travel with no pay at all. With false hope of an apprenticeship! Checks are always jacked never right hours or pay on the checks! I love the hard work but this company dont treat their people right! And all i wanted was a career and they lied about this job being a career for me! They are just using us laborers to get the work done and cheap!
